Various mailing information service offered by WOCEF, including On-line News, Events, and others

Qualification for WOCEF Membership

1) A person who wishes to become a WOCEF member must be a Korean Nationality or working for a company or a group at least 18 years old. After signing up, WOCEF Member can use all the service provided by WOCEF.
2) Only if the applicants are unveiled as a disqualified person, system manager can delete the record without applicants' consent.

WOCEF Membership

1) A person who wishes to become a WOCEF Member may apply for membership by filling out and submitting personal information through WOCEF registration process on-line at www.wocef.com.

WOCEF Membership Secession and Disqualification

1) WOCEF will admit users who have completed the registration process mentioned in above clause as a member except the following cases:
① Falsehood, omission or miswriting of personal information
② Any breach of these Terms of Service
2) WOCEF reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate memberships under these conditions:
① Posts texts or materials that slander specific individuals or could create conflicts.
② Enters false information when registering or changing personal information.
③ Acts against the law, the Terms of Service, or generally accepted customs and manners, using the service.
④ Changes any of the contents posted on WOCEF.
⑤ Violates third party's human rights or intellectual properties, or WOCEF copyrights or work.
⑥ Collects and uses another member's ID illegally.
⑦ Spreads information, texts, and figures to others, disrupt the public order, or violates generally accepted customs and manners.
⑧ Register several IDs
⑨ Behaves in a way objectively considered to be a crime
⑩ Acts against the Terms of Service and related laws
⑪ Do not visit WOCEF website at least 3 months
(3) You can request membership termination at anytime by the process of the member information modification. WOCEF will start processing the requested termination immediately.

Use of Service and Service Hour

(1) WOCEF provide all the service immediately after confirming the registration.
(2) If any users need a service or information, WOCEF provide the certain service only during the office hour.
(3) Under the condition that if a certain information in need does not require direct service from WOCEF, users can use all the necessary service 24/7, except the date or hour noticed in advance by WOCEF on the purpose of regular examination.

Service Termination

WOCEF can temporarily terminate some or all services with the following reasons.
1) Force majeure including state-of-emergency, natural calamities
2) Systematic errors or repair work of service facilities
3) Impediment due to congestion of service uses
4) In case when the WOCEF recognize the needs of temporary service termination.

Uses of WOCEF Board

1) WOCEF website system manager controls the posted messages and materials for a certain period by each service.
2) WOCEF has all right to all of the contents on the messages posted so long as there is no objection from the author nor special agreements between WOCEF and the author.
3) WOCEF protects the messages posted and bans plagiarism on the site except the following cases.
① Messages that slander specific individuals or could create conflicts
② Spread information, texts, and figures to others, disrupts the public order or violate generally accepted customs and manners
③ Acts against the law, the Terms of Service or generally accepted customs and manners
④ Violates third party's human rights or intellectual properties, or WOCEF
⑤ Expire the due period of posting messages

Copyright of posted messages

1) The writer has the copyright on the messages of WOCEF bulletin board. 2) WOCEF and WOCEF members cannot use the posted messages on a profit-making purpose without the consent of writers.

Obligations of Users

Users agree not to do any of the following
① Registration or modification of personal information with false information.
② Modification of information posted on WOCEF
③ Surreptitious use of another member's ID
④ Spread information such as texts or images, which is contrary to public order and morals.
⑤ Behavior objectively judged as a crime.
⑥ You should not allow third parties to use your ID and password.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WOCEF harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms of Service continue in effect from Aug 1st, 2003.
